Stress can weigh you down and Humor will lighten you up. Research is proving that stress has negative effects on health and well being. When we humor that stress we learn to use our sense of humor in ways that enhance our health and well being and counter balance the stress in our lives. Humor helps us build happy lives and relationships. Humor gives love, hope and joy to any situation. “Laughter is the best medicine.” |

Build smiling stamina by learning “smiling aerobics” |

Learn timeline exercises to change limiting beliefs |

Have a total laughing fit doing “humor aerobics” |
